Was this stupid to spend 50 real US dollars on a facebook app?

I don't know if you know a game on facebook called nightclub city. For example was it stupid to spend $50 on facebook in order to complete one of the objective in this game like getting your luxury levels up in this game? For the first few minutes it felt good and rewarding. Then that would make me feel bad and come to terms to think about it wanting my money back on facebook? Is there a way to get that money back or I am completely out?

OMG, NEVER spend money on a Facebook game. You're out of luck now -- just don't do it again. NOT worth it. There are SO many free games. And now they sell all those stupid gift cards for things like Farmville and other games in stores. Wow, don't fall for those scams! Never pay money for a make-believe object!! Maybe if everyone stops doing this they will all go away!!

I think the former. Jesus was pretty clear about care and concern for the poor as being a major priority for his followers. The wise men gave gifts to Jesus because he was poor; our gifts should be to help those who are poor as well - to recognize their kingly nature as children of God as much as the Magi recognized Jesus' kingly nature even in the poverty of the stable. The most generous act I've witnessed was of a boy I taught years back in the 6th grade. He invited all his friends over for his birthday party, but he told everyone that if they are to come that instead of giving him gifts they should write a check to a poor village in Honduras in the amount of whatever they would have spent for his birthday present. He raised $250 dollars for this poor village by that one act. That's what Christmas is all about, Charlie Brown.

Well that is the amount you would spend on a brand new PS3 game. Yeah i think it would be a waste and since it only gave you momentary satisfaction yes it is a bad investment i my opinion at least sorry mate. That is how i see it.

Yes it was a stupid idea. It was only a game and you could easily go to EB Games and get a good game.
