When someone calls you on a cell is that a charge to your phone and does their number show up on your bill?

    unless they are part of the package like friends and family from ...whoever...yes there is the same charge as far as minutes used (including messages) as if you called out. and most phones have caller id.

    I'm presuming by calling it a cell you are an American. But in the UK a person who makes an outgoing call is the one that pays for it not the other way around you shouldn't have to pay for something you never intended to do. Don't know if it is the same in America but I think it will be. Also the number showing up for outgoing calls it should for inbound i think it may depend on their number being withheld etc.
