Yes you can use internet explorer on the Mac. But why would you want too? And you are making a good choice on buying a Mac book they are way better then microsoft computers. BTW you can also use windows on the mac but once again I must ask. Why would you want to?

Well to put it simply. Other than macs and some Linux PCs, a lot of computers come standard with windows, internet explorer and windows are both made by microsoft. So every computer that comes with windows, comes with Internet Explorer! Hope I helped.

Internet Explorer is part of the Microsoft Operating system and is not provided separately. You are better off using the Apple Browser. IT is more Secure and safer to use than IE.

There is no modern native version of Internet Explorer for MacOS. The last version was 5.2, and it was discontinued years ago. Technically you can still use it, but it is old and shows alot of errors on modern websites. Safari is the native browser, and there are Mac versions of Firefox and Opera you can use as well.

Why would you even want to?
First of all, IE is one of the worst browsers.
Second off, there are much better browsers.
get Firefox or Chrome.

Sure you can ... but WHY?
We have eight (8) great browsers. NO IE.
Camino
Chrome
Firefox
Flock
Netscape
Opera
Safari
Seamonkey.
They all work quite well.
