how often should i wash my makeup brushes?

I'd wash them every time you use them. Otherwise bacteria will grow and the colors will mix.

For foundation brushes and powder pads: change or rinse once every week no matter how many times used

eyeshadow brush: once every two weeks since its used less

Eyeliner brush (if pigment): twice a week

I'd wash them every other time you use them. Not only can bacteria grow, the mixing of the colors left over will make the next application muddier and less true to its real color.

it really depends how how often you use them, but you are supposed to wash them every 2 weeks. if its an eye brush, wash it whenever you need to. but a face brush is more important to clean because it comes in contact with your face skin.

I think you should was your brushes every 2 weeks, so it stays clean, but if you don't dirty bacteria will go on your face and will make your skin bad and unhealthy.
