Is a Xbox 360 Slim backwards compatible with Xbox original games?

I'm gonna sell my xbox and PS2 and some of the games from xbox and all of my games from PS2, and i'm gonna buy and Xbox 360 Slim, and I wanted to know if it was backwards compatible with xbox original games, cause I might save some.

    Yes though you should check the BC list first ( http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backwardcompatibil... ) to see if your games are on there. Not all are.You'll also need the BC update from Xbox Live.

    yes definitely but only for xbox, this thing is called "backwards compatible."
