Oh, I met the same error when I was using DVDFlick on windows 7, I think this is DVDflick problem, you need to use another better software to help you, but I don't think there is a better free software, I had tried many free softwares before, but can't find out a good one can work well on windows7, some can't work, some poor quality, some even virus, so now I'm using an inexpensive software RZ DVD Creator, it can convert any video files to video dvd and burn to any dvd disk(DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL, etc), easy to use, insert a dvd disk into the computer dvd burner drive, run RZ DVD Creator, selec the dvd burner drive as the target folder, drag and drop the video files into the software, then press the START button, you will get a right video dvd from the video files, and the burned video dvd can be played well on dvd player, provide better quality and more functions. I use handbreak, but it has encoding issues so i would suggest using a program called dvd43 (both of there are free)
