Who serves really good Spaghetti Aglia Oleo in Kansas City?
It's a spaghetti dish typically served in olive oil, herbs and roasted garlic. None of the Italian places I've been to in Kansas City have it on their menu!

Since all the ingredients are readily available, go to your favorite full service restaurant and ask them if they would make it. Most of them will. z

I've had it at Jasper's http://www.jasperskc.com/menu.htm when I visited family there. It was unusual though because it also had broccoli. It was one of the specials on the lunch menu here in Italy today, but the more traditional Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino. A simple classic, but a great choice.

While it may not be on the menu, my suggestion would be to visit Garozzo's near downtown. Ask to speak to the manager, and explain your passion for the dish you desire and I'm 99% positive that he will arrange that the dish is prepared. The folks there are so nice and really are about pleasing the customer.
