Is it possible to view another person's computer screen through my own computer?

If there is a way, does anybody know?

Yes it is possible. If your question is hacking related then trojan can do this. Turkojan is one of this kind of software (trojan).

There are many programs that allow you to do that' but only view screen, not controlling is easy, if the other person has a skype, they can turn on "screen sharing"during a video chat, and that allows you to view their screen, with their consent, of course.

This would require the use of a remote desktop software (also does remote control) or screen capturer software.

Personally I have used a VNC server's remote desktop ability to remotely control my own computers.
