In your opinion, if a woman consents to having her breasts fondled under a false premise (see details...)?
In your opinion, if a woman consents to having her breasts massaged on multiple occasions by a dentist, under the premise that it is a proven treatment for a certain joint disorder in the jaw, then she finds out other patients have filed a complaint, should she have cause for complaint as well? Would simply changing the premise be sufficient to cause a person to go from being a patient to being a victim? She did not feel victimized at the time of the act, so would the new sense of being a victim be false?
Clearly the patient didn't feel victimized until others complained, because she kept going back to the same dentist and received the treatment six times.
It's as if you can put the idea in a person's head that hugs are naughty, and anytime somebody hugs them after that, they will feel traumatized. But in that case, isn't it the person who made the suggestion the one who traumatized them? Not the hugger?
There are huge implications with this line of thinking, I know, but it's something worth thinking about.

I'm asking for opinions only, without regard to what the law states. I'm curious to know what other people think.
I should clarify that in this instance, the treatment was intended to produce immediate results. If the hypothetical "semen therapy" didn't produce immediate results, I would discontinue the treatment. However, I wouldn't fall for that in the first place, let alone six times, especially if I was not seeing results. That's just plain dumb.

It is never correct or proper for any professional to have any sexual contact with a patient or client. This is true of dentists, doctors, lawyers, teachers and therapists. This is an offense that can be prosecuted regardless of the "victim's" protestations to the contrary. It is also a reason for suspending or revoking the perpetrator's license to practice.

It depends. There is a big difference between a medical professional massage, and fondling breasts.
As a fan of massage, I know that real massage with the intent of muscle relaxation, is not even erogenous, and there is never, ever nipple contact.
But he should have referred the patients to a real massage therapist.

Your a guy I assume. Let's say you have just found out that you have cancer and the doctor tells you that there is a new an proven cure for your type of cancer and it is the ingestion of semen and it must come directly from the source.
How would you react when you found out that the multiple blow jobs you gave the doctor did nothing other than get him off?

Honestly, I think it's her own fault for going back 6 times.
How gullible can you be?
But this guy is obviously going to need to get another job.
You cannot just feel someone up and take their money, while claiming to be providing a medical service.

i think its her own fault. you cant always and shouldnt always believe everything you hear. she should have done research of this "treatment" and made judgment based on what she reads. instead she consented and now regrets it. its sorta like this, you consent to have sex with someone and later regret it, does that mean you were raped? again, its her fault for not doing the research. but the doctor should obvioulsy lose his license.

because of the fact maximum individuals of our adult males our immature idiots. once you place on a D-cup sized bra like me, maximum adult males you talk over with could have not got any thought what colour your eyes are because of the fact they're observing your breasts at a similar time as speaking with you. Oh and definite, heaven forbid your nipples would be seen by using your shirt - they grow to be little college boys making stupid jokes and drawing extra undesirable interest to you. yet another undertaking - some years in the past i become sexually assaulted interior the parking zone of my house construction. I kicked the guy and have been given away, yet as quickly as I went to the law enforcement officials to document it, it become as though I had carried out something incorrect. I had an incredible shirt on that confirmed a average little bit of cleavage, and the male cop reported, "become that what you have been donning" in a snide voice, as though I had invited the attack by using strolling around in public in a appropriate that confirmed slightly epidermis and in basic terms a sprint of bosom. possibly if our adult males could behave extra 'civilized', we gals could be extra gentle extra in many cases! extra: that's what i attempted to tell the police my costly. The pervert broke the regulation and what i become donning had no longer something to do with it. back, i'm no longer able to help it if the adult males around right here can no longer develop up. what's your definition of "known"? "known" from what i've got seen contained in maximum individuals of adult males out on the singles scene indexed right here are a team of immature jerks hung up on intercourse and sexuality. I thank the gods that i've got finally got here across myself a good guy to cool down with - and he can stare at my boobs all he likes, i comprehend he likes me for who i'm as a individual and not in basic terms my visual charm.
