"girl disguised as a man" if he were a transsexual male then he wouldn't be a girl disguised as a man, he would just be a man with transsexualism.
Transsexuals aren't playing dress up.
And to answer the question, i have no idea because i don't watch boring tv programs about baking and such. It's more concerning that you're giving it this much thought.
