1) Female question for dr's.?

Am 44.Starting peri-men.

Have heat induced excrusiating anxiety attacks/hot spells.

Take several vitamins/herbs.Helps some what.

Was on Zoloft for years.Not now.

Can't take hormones.

Any advise?Any would be appritiated.
