feeding my garden gnomes?
ok so here is the deal. every evening before it gets dark, i put a little bit of food out for my garden gnomes. when morning rolls around, the food is still there! i don't think they like my food choices so does anyone know what gnomes usually eat? I cant have them starving out there!

This is more a cryptozoology question but somehow yahoo seems to have neglected this category.
The common garden gnome is perfectly capable of fending for himself in this time of the year. Only in very harsh weather is it necessary to offer them extra food.
Garden gnome diet and taste vary greatly around the world. Usually some unsalted nuts or a bit of nicely cured ham will go down a treat. Some garden gnomes will also appreiciate the occasional drop of whiskey.
