does the code for the sims work on more than one computer?
I remember back in the day, The Sims came with a code in the game booklet, and the code was required to register and play the game. I found the game on Ebay, and it is used; I'm wondering if the code can be used on multiple computers, because if the game has been used before, then it wouldn't work on my computer now, due to the registration code's one-time use.
Is the code good for multiple computers, or no?

If you get it on ebay and it proves to be not usable because of the code being used to it's maximum than you should get a refund. Read the return policy before purchasing the game. You may be better off just buying a new game. Look on www.amazon.com. They back up all purchases made. But Ebay may back up their purchases too. I don't really shop there much. Buy yourself a new game. Save yourself the hassle of guessing and you'll be able to use it on another computer if you want if your present computer ever breaks down or you decide to upgrade.
