paypal automatic payments?

Im new to selling on Ebay and i set my payments to automatic payments i just got an invoice for this month..what im trying to understand is i thought that they took out already for what item i sold on ebay automatically...and they cost of my pictures and such...cause when i look on my items i sold ebay already took out for my fees already...im just trying to figure out y i have an invoice saying the amount due

    You get an invoice even though you had fees deducted immediately. It is a record of transactions.
