Do u have any problems with your workmates at your working place before?

i just had one just now. it all started since yesterday. i argued with Subject A over a small matter and i was angry and told this matter to Subject B about my argument with Subject A. i was just wanted someone to listen my problem. after that, i never believed that Subject B told Subject A that i saying something bad behind her then both of them just argued with me, a big one! now i am not angry of Subject A about always argued with me but i am angry of Subject B for telling Subject A about my complains. not only Subject B told her about this but she team up with Subject A and argued with me. huh! i am feeling stressful now. what should i do? my mum told me that if i know this kind of person cant keep her mouth shut then dont talk to her anymore unless working topics. it is easy when my mum said that but it ia hard for me. cause i have to face her every 8 hours per day! 5 times per week! it is very hard to face her with silence! did u ever face such problem before? and how it ends? plus my friend told me to be ok with Subject A cause she is just all mouth and talking and talk less with Subject B cause she almost causes me a huge trouble.

shortly, Subject A just big mouth (forgivable) while Subject B back stabber (unforgivable). do u agree?

    Forgive A ..... forget B. that was really cheap the way B went on and blabbed. being a co-worker means u may have to keep some information a secret between u two. i guess A too has realised that B created such a situation between u two. so i say go on and be cool with A but be careful around B. even if u have to spent time with her, just be professional..... in other words.... ignore her!

    You argued with subject A. You had a problem with her, you should have addressed it with her and given her a chance to fix it. It is always a mistake to bring another person into your mess, thus you had no right to talk to subject B. If you do something wrong in the work force you want someone to come to your face and tell you what you are doing wrong and give you a chance to correct it. You have to treat people the way you want to be treated. You would have been upset if A went to B with your business. The work force is often like dealing with second grade children. Of course everything you said to B got reported back to A, children would have done that too. If you need to vent, go home and tell your mom, or talk to friends who don't know these people, but don't gossip at work. You don't have the right to be angry with either of them, you caused this problem, you are the one who needs to clean up this mess, you are the one who made the mess. If you have a problem in the work force you go to that person to their face, same as you would expect to be treated. You can say, "I have a bug and a wish......It bugs me when you fill this form out wrong, I wish you would put the right information on the form." something like that. You tell them what they are doing wrong, and then offer a solution as to how to correct it. What you say to A is between you and A, and unless it is very serious, it can then be taken to a manager or owner of the company. I do not agree with you though on this one. I think you handled it badly. I will concede to you that A is probably a moron and narcissistic, that seems to be every where in the work force these days, but you caused this mess by your actions and behaviors. You have to take responsibility for this mess and learn from your mistake and handle these things better in the future. It is the only way you learn things, is when you deal with them and get more experience. If you have a problem with A, go to her in private and talk to her about it, and then give her a chance to correct it, and then if she doesn't correct it, then go to a higher manager or the owner. You get paid to do a job, you don't get paid to be happy or to be liked by everyone at work, you just get paid to do a job. I will concede to you that it is nicer to work where people get along, but these days that environment is hard to find. Make peace with these people if you can, it will make it easier on you. Treat people the way you want to be treated. You would have been upset if

    First of all Subject A and you had a problem. I have gone through something similarly and it is no picnic in the park. Where you made your mistake was you should have kept the disagreement between the two of you. When adding someone else to the mix never works. I have had small problems with a co-worker and then she turned on the water works like I was just the worst person in the world and it came down to her word against mine. What it all boiled down to was she did not want to work and still wanted to get paid all at the same time. I think that we all want that from time to time but you have to work.
