Virgin Mobile is down ? No one receiving texts messages ?

Ok so yeah im having the same problem.. I kept texting all these people but i never got a response so i was like wtf haha.but yeah ive tried restarting my phone and everything so ur phone is fine its just virgin mobile is kinda a cheap service haha. and i tried calling them right now but they are closed... jerks haha. im pretty sure everyone here uses texts primarily so idk what to do at this point but im annoyed and i hope they fix this soon

What a mess seriously. I just got my new phone, can't even activate it for two days now. Customer service line either rings to a background music hold then disconnects the call or if your lucky -you get a message stating there is an outage sorry blah blah call back later NO estimated time given.

Bad first impression of Virgin Mobile.

Hey!! I have the SAME problem! and i didn't realize it until an hour ago. I've been sending texts all day and apparently no one recieved them. I was freaking out until I found out its not just me, cause this is a brand new phone, AND I just topped up. I called customer service but apparently they're stupdi and close the help line at 9. So if it's not back up and working by tomorrow, I'm going to complain. Texting is my usual form of communication so if I can't have that then WHY am I paying them? But anyways, you're not the only one lol

Virgin Mobile had a Network Outage(doesn't surprise me really)

I hear @ 10 pm central time tonight,but then again I hear tomorrow morning or at the latest,MONDAY.

And YES there is a mad mob on Facebook lol.ALOT of angry customers.

I haven't been able to receive/send texts ALL day.I can't even send any to my boyfriend and this really bites >:|

phew... this makes me feel a lot better. i havn't been recieving text's all day either.. nor will other people recieve mine. thank god there is a outage because i just bought my blackberry for them the other day..i did call virgin mobile and the guy was very nice, even gave me 100 bonus minutes because i couldnt text and he did say that my texting should be up and running with in 24-48 hours.. it does suck though:\ but hey.. whats better then 35 dollars a month for a blackberry? :)

i just started my virgin mobile phone today and when i started the account up with airtime it would say it sent my text message but no one was getting them. And im not getting anyone elses texts either. and also my web is down and im supposed to have unlimited text and web. it has been down since i started it and it still is down... and virgin mobile doesn't have 24 hour customer servicee. does anyone know when the web and text will be working again.?

Same here. I just bought a rumor touch from them so I thought my phone was already broken. I can't believe that I'm paying them for unlimited texting and they in effect diabled that service for 2 days now, and I know that I and the rest of us will not get an apology or our money back!

Here in Oklahoma we are having the same issue. Wife best friend and myself. Nobody is answering the service line either.

Omfg , mine is doing the same **** ! & its pissing me off . i called virgin mobile 4 TIMES TODAY & they re programmed my phone twice & i kept shutting off my phone & Taking out my battery .. nothing ! i Heard sometime tomorow . Who Knows ! I Got v.m YESTERDAY & this is NOT a way 2 satisfy new customers !
