Get yourself a 15 dollar external usb hard drive enclosure. Make sure you get one that your laptop hard drive fits in. You can then retrieve your files and also use it as mobile storage when done

Sounds to me like the unique pc that crashed grew to become into led to by using this very no longer undemanding rigidity and you're seeing it ensue on the different 2 computers. weird and wonderful ingredient approximately undesirable no longer undemanding drives is they are able to artwork back sometimes yet no longer continually. Formatting this no longer undemanding rigidity looks like a valueless challenge and that i'm hoping you probably did no longer eliminate the laptop it got here from as you maximum probable trashed an outstanding pc .

There is a simple answer for this problem. If the two laptops are identical (same exact model) then all you need to do is physically switch out the drives. If you are able to do this, then you will have all of your information and a backup if it is ever needed.

I totally did a facepalm right there. You did not provide enough information. Your question shows a lack of punctuation and details. You didn't even provide a direct question. Please edit this question and/or post a new question with more detail. I'd be happy to answer it. But right now I don't even understand your question.
