There's alot of unanswered questions here, like how long have the guppies been in the tank? Are they in with the shark? Depending on the shark's size he could be picking on your guppies causing thier deaths. If and when you pull out another dead guppy. check for any missing chunks out of thier fins or scales. or any bleeding spots. What is the temp in the tank?
