How old is a photon that traveled 13 billion light years?

After looking at the Deep Space Field image taken by Hubble, I was wondering how old the photons were that produced that picture.

    In one sense, they are 13 billion years old. But photons don't age. A photon that has just been created is just like a photon that's been traveling for 13 billion years.

    In our frame of reference, 13 billion years. In the photons' own frame of reference, they haven't "aged" at all.
