Chris Johnson or Adrian Peterson with first pick?
I have the first pick in my fantasy football draft, I am not sure if I should take Chris Johnson or Adrian Peterson.

If i had to pick between the two, I would say AP and make sure you get his handcuff later. The reason is AP has proven that he can do back to back seasons of intense carries and workload. Johnson on the other hand was beat up last year and has a lot of mileage on the legs. Also, I have heard alot critics echo the same sentiment on Johnson.
However theres another way to look at it. You draft Johnson, then you could turn around and deal him. He has tremendous trade value because alot of people don't see the same risk in him.
Also AP is a bit bigger. He would be the safer pick, in my opinion.

I would take Chris Johnson. His skill are unmatched by any other player. He has great speed and has proven himself. Lendale White has left, which leaves the short yardage role for Johnson. Second, Johnson is a more dodgy runner that Peterson, which means he won't have the same bruising than Peterson does, making him less injury prone. There is no need for me to further praise his skill. I also think Peterson is strong, but I am going to give you the reasons I would take Jonson over AP. His YPC (Yards Per Carry) have been steadily going down since his rookie season. For most players, their numbers are like a mountain. They start down, go up until they reach the climax, at which they down. For Peterson, he started at the top of the mountain and went down, in reverse of most running backs. Looks like we have found the Benjamin Button of football. He only had THREE 100+ rushing yard games last season. In 2008, he had TEN of them. He is a bruiser-type of running back and is injury prone.
