Survey time: What is the one food item which is usually laced with, "Galloping Peppers"?

For those who an unsure about the term in quotation marks, some folks call them, "Jalapeno Peppers".

Update:

Dominque: Chiles are a type of pepper, you don't add a pepper to another pepper.

Now you could add several types of peppers to a food.

Please re-read the question.

    could be one of 4 that i know of, either:

    pico de gallo (salsa)

    guacomole

    nachos

    or

    i have seen recipes now calling for chopped galloping peppers to be added to cakes and brownies

    Pico de Gallo: Most places go way overboard on this one.

    And I hate it when someone adds it to Guacamole.
