A conditional statement (p ->q) is False only when q (the consequent) is false.
So for column 6 (~p -> r), it will be False only when r is false.
Disjunctions (p V q) are False only when both p and q are False.
So column 7 ([p->q] V [~p->r] is False only when both [p->q] and [~p->r] are False.
