How do I know if my birth control fails?

My tummy hurts really bad, I just took it an hour ago..

    Sometimes birth-control pills could give off some side effects ... Some are better than others, some are worse than others. That's how everything in this world is...

    Anyway.. Sorry, lol..

    Um.. If you've had sex, and you're taking the pills now, then you should know, birth control pills don't always work 100% on preventing pregnancy.. but if you're younger, and a virgin... its probably some side effects. Check it out wiff ur doctuh..
