Online the power company should list the basic delivery of Service charge. My company it is 97 a month then you need to add your usage. So budget minimum of 150 a month

This will vary hugely by location and even individual habits. The fees and charges that are fixed every month on my bill are frequently more than the actual charge for usage. To give you some perspective, I live in a 1000 sq ft condo. My montly bill during the summer is usually $80-$100. My neighbor in the same size unit never has a bill below $175... If you contact the current (or prior) power providor, they may be able to tell you what the previous months bills were. Keep in mind that this is still individual to the user. If you can also talk to the current (or previous) tennant to see what there habits are like, it will give you a much better picture on what to expect. Ideas for saving on your bill: Use as many floescent light bulbs as possible. They use a fraction of the electricy. Turn lights, TVs, Radios, etc off when not in use. Do your laundry and dishes when you have full loads only.

You can contact the power company that services the apartment/area and get an average.
