Why is Garrett Hartley (K- New Orleans) not rated higher in fantasy leagues this year?
I had him on my team last year, and this year too, and once his suspension was over he was easily about the best kicker in the league. I really dont remember him missing a single kick last year...Why isn't he among the top 2 or 3 kickers in fantasy leagues this year?

Part of the reason why is that N.O. goes for 4th and 1 or 2 from FG range more then most teams. They also convert 3rd and 10+ very well, so they are going to risk a pass at the 30 yard line, when other teams would run and settle for a FG. Most teams do not want to risk a sack or Int when they are in FG rang and need 12 yards on 3rd down.

He is in most rankings i have seen. If you are looking at Yahoos, they are horrible from my experience. I never use their projections or rankings. I always use fantasyguru.com's rankings.
