That's a very difficult question to answer without knowing a lot more information. However, I will try to point out what I see.
RB's- Looks good! Peterson and McCoy should have great years and I like Greene as well. Not huge on Williams unless Ronnie Brown gets hurt, but not a terrible place to be for your RB4.
WR's- 50/50 for me. You have 2 great options in Moss and Wallace. Both should be excellent, especially in a PPR format. Ochocinco is a big question mark, but having T.O. in Cincinnati helps his game. I think there's a bit more hype to him than reason, but he could prove me wrong. I don't like Britt especially, and Williams is a great sleeper pick. See you have Jacoby Jones, James Jones (Green Bay), or Mike Williams from TB available. Keep an eye on them as they are all sleeper options with big upside.
QB's- This is where your team is week. Palmer is not rated in the top 10 of QB's based on what I have seen, and though he could put a good year together, this is a case where you should have a QB by committee for your fantasy team. This will enable you to play the matchups better. Dixon unfortunately is not a good QB2. He has a very short window of productivity since Big Ben will be back in Week 5. I would look to see if Big Ben, or Chad Henne were available. This would be a much better one-two punch than what you currently have.
TE's- A little weak, but serviceable if you are not in a PPR format. I'm guessing some of the better TE's like Zach Miller (OAK) were gone, but it never hurts to look. Keep an eye on New England's Rookie TE Gronkowski. He played very well in the preseason.
DEF- Not bad, not great! I would feel them out for a few weeks and dump them if they aren't living up to expectation.
Over all you are a competitive team. Every team has weaknesses, so don't be down that I'm not jazzed on your QB and TE situation. Overall I think you are a 7/10 team, and would have a decent shot at making your playoffs.
Good Luck!

My cash is on Munich - With neither part short of to provide something away early on we will be able to assume a cagey establishing and few gamers being dedicated ahead via both staff. This might make for a stupid spectacle for the impartial fan, however what bigger strategy to offset that than via having a bit flutter? Back the Half-Time rating to be zero-zero and the moment part to have essentially the most objectives. Fininshing two-two (Penalty Shootout - Win for Bayern Munich)
