Can you quote the scripture(s) that tell us that we have to 1/ defend our country 2/ kill our enemies?

The N.T. Bible has only a few pages to talk about the new and improved stuff. It also doesn't tell you that folks have to go potty.

The N.T. doesn't state the obvious, nor does it delve into politics.

Jesus stuck to spiritual matters, - and Jesus knowing that the political and religious elites would be out to get him for any perceive infraction, - He did not want to appear that he was forming a rebellion against the roman occupation, - or siding with one political camp or the other.

In the end, - that's the way it should be, - respecting the authority of God requires that we also acquiesce to those that have charge over us, - ie govn'ts. Yet we should vote our conscience too, and promote man-made laws that promote the good-of-society and religious liberty.

There is none
