what is Mobile Intel (R) 4 series express chipset family used for? I keep getting GfxUI.exe not found at the start up on my computer. I did click device manager and display manager and the express chipset came up what do i do

GfxUI.exe is part of Intel's graphics drivers. You may need to reinstall them completely. Download drivers from Intel and install them in your laptop. That ought to fix it, unless you have other concerns/issues with your laptop.
Check here for automatic detection of driver updates: (Click on 'Check your system...' and install everything. Reboot. You'd need to use Firefox with Java for best results, since using IE would require more user input)

Install the chipset and graphics drivers for your computer. If you have a branded computer, browse to the website of your computer manufacturer and download the drivers for your specific computer model from there.

short awnser : you cant the video card in basic terms isn't good sufficient gta 4 for the laptop is an extremely undesirable port of the console variations it runs badly on even the appropriate structures that intel video card in basic terms stands no danger
