My period goes for 4 days then I just spot for 3 or 4 more?

My period will go for 4 days and I have to wear tampons, then I will go off and not have to wear tampons or anything but I will still spot for a few more days but not heavy enough to wear anything. Does anybody else do this?

    Yes! This happens to me although usually I have three days of regular bleeding and then spoting after that. So annoying....

    yes, this just started happening to me about a year ago, very annoying!

    yessss that happens to me too! its totally normal. i ussually wear a light pad when that happens
