What can I do for the aches and pains?

I have chronic back, leg, and joint pains. I have had them for a couple of weeks. I work out about 4 times a week, so I am used to some kind of pain, but it usually goes away. This pain just keeps on. It is muscle pain and pain in my joints and tendons. I have tried easing up at the gym and adding some extra stretching. My feet and hands are also swelling. Any ideas?
