Do I have vertigo or what is wrong with me?

Before I left for vacation I had broncitis and I have always had senstive ears that always seem to have problems. I arrived in Las Vegas for 5 days and the entire time I was nauseas and sweating really bad. My arms and legs were tingling non stop and when I walked it felt like the earth was moving and it would make me really dizzy. When I looked at certain things for instance the clock the numbers would move. I thought maybe it would go away and shouldnt worry. My vacation was horrible because of these symptoms. I drank a few drinks one night and got violently ill which is not normal. On the airplane I was in hysterical tears because my right ear hurt sooooo bad and it felt like it ruptured and felt fluid inside of it. I still feel this way and its been 7 days. Its hard to explain how Iam feeling but I cant go on like this. I am weak, my ears hurt, cant hold my eyes open and when I walk everything around me and beneath me feels like its moving. Im not sure what is wrong. My doctors office is closed and not sure if I should just deal with this through the weekend and wait til Monday or I should go to the emergency room. I have never felt like this in my whole life! Somebody please give me some adive. Thank you.

Not being a doctor I would say you have an inner ear infection that needs to be treated RIGHT AWAY!!!! Lack of attention can cause permanent damage. The infection is causing your brain to think that you are moving or tilting when you are not and that brings on the dizzy spells and vertigo which bring on the nausea. Been there done that.. waited until it hurt and now have tinitus in that ear and that sucks!!!!! You say don't tell you to see a doctor.... I SAY call another one or go to an emergency room. Get well soon and Happy Holidays.

diabetes causes fatigue, dizziness and kidney problems, avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates.

check your blood sugar on your arm.

county hospital has low rates for people with no insurance.
