Will Obama release the text to his speech to students prior to broadcasting?

I want to say he released the text prior to airing his speech last year. Does anyone know if he will do the same this year?

    I know he did last year. I can't find anything about this year (when is the speech scheduled), but I imagine the text will be released prior as well.
