How safe is it for Americans to live in Morrocco.?

people here are very nice they like foreigners that's why many europeans and other nationalities come to settle down

so I dont think she will find problems but I like to advice here to not go out late at night without someone local,Morocco is like any other country the majority are nice but there are some bad

I wish her good luck and she will enjoy the place

I'm a female American living in Morocco for 5 years and have never had a problem here. It's no more dangerous here than most places in USA.

ME: You grossly exaggerate and you know it. You have such a negative attitude about life I wonder why you bother to continue to live it.

I know dozens of American women, all married, living here for years and years (some decades) who have never experienced any problems outside of what is normal anywhere. Sexual harassment is common around the globe. BTW none of the women I know met their husbands on the internet rofl, nor did I....YOU must be one of those 'love rats' since you seem to know so much about them LOL. I'm married 10 years with children alhumdulilah and we live in Morocco by choice (we both hold citizenship in another country, the same country).

It depends on where she chooses to live.

She'll be fine. There are more and more Americans living in Morocco nowadays.

For a woman? Not safe. I am assuming she met some Moroccan guy online and she is going there to be with him, which case they will move to USA and he will abandon her once he is legal.

One problem she will face is severe sexual harassment, such as sexual comments, being touched, men rubbing against her. It isnt as bad as Egypt, but it is still bad.
