What Do U love in chennai?

Of course, am not in Chennai, But born and brought up there.

I miss it a lot.

No city in the whole world can be as good as Chennai for me.

Especially, a cool get together at Marina.

The Theaters and lovable metro trains.

But need to write a lot about my mother city. But Now in Office and that too in another state and colleagues are near me watching.

chennai is a good place to live, culture and the people and the language eventhough I am not in chennai right now I still love chennai because I was born there

I love all the beaches of chennai and people of he chennai

I am neither born neither brought up in Chennai so I would not say that but I have spend more than half decade of time in Chennai, and I was fallen in love, so I consider Chennai as my second home after my native place.

I am born and spent my childhood in another city, brought up in a another city, my bases are in another city, in my life time, I have visited dozens of states, and finally I because of my job, I lived in Chennai for 6 years, during this period I got attached and fallen in love with this city. Of course native place is native place it is always the first place where one wants to live.

Initially when I stepped in Chennai for few months, I had several problems like climate, language, and food. But in less than 6 months, I found that these problems are nothing as compared to what is good in this city. I got some friends in the city, some were local and some were from neighboring states who knew local language as well as my language and that helped me a lot. Groupism was their by locals but they used to take care of me when I was present, they used to avoid talking in Tamil or translate in English for me. They taught me most common words in Tamil. Slowly life started moving smoothly.

The things that I liked about Chennai is, though it is metro city, it has not forgotten its Indian culture like Mumbai. Also though it is a Metro city, life is still like human life not machine life, humanity still exists. City is still peaceful as compared to other metros like Delhi, Calcutta and Mumbai. People in Chennai are very helpful, they don't hate other language speaking people though some have strong feeling towards Tamil and nothing wrong in that. I also feel one should love his or her language but not disrespect other languages. I don't see lot of differences between religions.

Overall, Chennai is an ideal place for a peaceful citizen of India to live. I don't know if there exists another city in India like Chennai. I would definitely want to return to Chennai one day.

Evalavo solitae polam sis, idellam niraya oorlayum irukum. Chennai may not be clean, un-hygienic city. I still love it. You can live with Rs 5000 as well as Rs. 50000 income and travel in same train and bus like others do. Only thing I don't like is the humidity (that is because of the geographical location).
