uncertainty when dividing?

please give me the steps to calculate uncertainty of this question

mass of 11 things : 0.14 +- .01

average mass of 1 thing = 0.013 +- ?

    uncertainty means probably, but not quite sure

    All measurements have uncertainty. things that we count are usually certain

    =,- Plus or minus means add or subtract the uncertain to the center number and get the range that you might have

    Example I have 5 dimes in my pocket not 4 or 6

    but if I have a "jar full" I might have 225 or 203 or 239 if I just make a reasonable guess

    I might say I have 210 dimes +,- 20, that is $21 +,- $2 maybe I have only $18 or maybe $22

    I am not sure
