What's the best steakhouse in the Dallas/Ft Worth area?

I could look at the online reviews, but I want to hear from people who've been and why they liked these restaurants - I'm looking for someplace with a nice adult steakhouse atmosphere, not on the tacky side like Roadhouse or whatever, but the kind of place you'd have red wine with your steak.

Any places like that around DFW?

    Here are some top-end steak houses at which I've eaten and had great meals:

    Bob's Steak & Chop House

    Del Frisco's

    The Keg

    Lawry's The Prime Rib

    There are a lot more, but I've had good meals and great wine at these.

    I do wish Smith and Welinsky was still open, but it closed down. I would definitely go to Ruth Chris, though, very nice place with VERY good food.

    Bob's is my favorite, it has a good atmosphere, great service, and the food is great.
