What is the folder SUNKERSQL for?

It is full of thousands of randomly generated filenames and is preventing my virus checker from finishing. How do I fix the problem?

    Since it is stopping your anti virus from finishing I would think its a malware infection. Scan your PC with Malwarebytes.
