Help with a dream interpretation?

OK..So here is my dream and it was very real-like so if anyone could help me that would be great-

I was living in the Hawaiian islands. I don't know which island exactly but I know I was there. I was living my life day to day just me. I was at a gas station when I saw an army tanker roll up. I guess I was near a military base of some sort but I don't think I was in the military. I remember driving a little red car. So something happened on this tank and one of the missiles launches by accident. It hits the ground in front of my car and throws my car way into the sky and I remember thinking I am gonna die. The impact alone would be enough to kill me. So it goes black..... Next thing I know I am in front of a hospital in Washington DC. I guess someone found me there but I had no idea who I was or how I got there and my memories were really scattered. I know I had some damage from the accident since I was in a hospital and my voice was not the same. I was very sad and depressed. I was asked to do various interviews and radio speaking but I guess no one wanted me to talk because it
