    About what? You clearly got out so no drama. ... or do you mean, should you worry about your safety if you ever get lost on the tube again? Just keep your personal belongings close to you, don't stare at people, and look out for an official looking person to ask for help - head for the ticket booth and try again.

    For this reason I shall tell you this.

    If this is not normal for you and you have noticed you are becoming extremely forgetful, (especially if you are older) consult a doctor if you are at all worried.
