identify these plants please?

I took pics of these while in Corpus Christi, TX. They are everywhere and so beautiful. I would like to know the names of them.

    The second one is a pink oleander, not sure what the first one is. Oleander are beautiful, but they are highly toxic to dogs so beware. When I was growing up my mom had gorgeous hot pink ones and my best friend had huge bushes of them in her backyard.
