Gang Starr - No More Mr. Nice Guy (by no means it is bad though)

Geto Boys - Making Trouble (shouldn't count because it's a different lineup)

GZA - Words from the Genius

UGK - Too Hard to Swallow (and it's still dope, just the rappers not having found their style)

N.W.A - N.W.A. and the Posse

EDIT: And SMH at the guy who said OutKast. How the hell you gon say Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik is their worst album released when it's better than anything post-Aquemini they've made? It's a classic, just because it's their least popular doesn't make it their worst.

The Roots - organix (im not sayin its a bad album but all there other ones are amazing)

Tupac - 2pacalypse (again it was an good album but all of his other ones were classics. im not counting his posthumous ones)

outside of hip hop Bob Marley first album for sure was his worst

Eminem- infinite ( I think people like it cause its old and not we'll known, its whack imo)

Joe budden- hasn't really even released much after the debut but it was pretty weak
