Better Pets Dogs or Cats?

I like dogs because they are loyal and protective, but I like cats a little more, especially female cats, because they can be very nurturing. Cats have clean habits despite their heaving of hair balls on the living room floor.

CATS!!!!!!!! I LOVE cats. Guess you can tell - my username, my pic (That's my kitty, Abadabadoo) OKay, cats are cute and cuddlely. You can't just say they sit around, sleep, and eat, because that is only some cats. My cat is 5, and he plays like a kitten. He purrs to sleep in your lap. What other kind of comfort do you want? If you call his name, he comes and rubs against your legs, treating you like you are the only important think, next to the food dish. Some cats are emotionally affectionate, some aren't. And if they are outdoor cats, they don't have bad smelling litter or get on your counters. So really, if you have a nice, emotional outdoor cat, you have no problems! You can even train cats if you start in kittenhood. Cats are sooo cool! Dogs, you still have to walk them, and they bark ALL the time. Yeah, you can train them and stuff, but cats are cooler. Cats cuddle in your lap and love you, dogs walk around and sniff your butt. BTW- What Heidi is saying is right. Cats can be different. If you always have mean cats, your gonna hate cats, but if you have a true, adorable, beautiful, playful kitty, you will see the good parts of kitties. I have an emotional kitty, maybe you don't and have never seen one. But there are some out there. The best way to get a good kitty is to get a kitten right from their mother and raise it up... which is what I did to my favorite kitty. God bless, =:-)~

Cats

Well, this is a tough one. Cat's are great because they sit on your lap and purr, but when they won't leave me alone, there is a problem. Cat's have a very egocentric attitude.

Dogs on the other hand just love everyone. They are happy to see you. You can take them on a walk or a run. You can play with them, and you can pet them too. Dogs are better.

I like both dogs and cats. Cats, someone said, aren't always in your face. That is nonsense! My cat is addicted to me petting her all the time. Constantly jumping in my lap or meowing me over to her. If I'm on the floor she just walks over and sits right in front of me and meows until I pet her.

Dogs. Depends on which kind of dog. Dogs are loyal and fun.

Cats :)) you have to live with them to really appreciate them tho...

Cats are cute, funny, and very smart :)

They are very clean little creatures, and real fun when they throw themselves on the floor in front of you when you are just about to step out lol

I'm an animal lover, so I like dogs too :))

I like them both. Kitties are so soft and they purr.

When petting either cats or dogs, it can and does lower your blood pressure.

Dogs because I'm just a dog person and I've never had a cat.

My wolf dog, because they are "somewhat" and "sometimes" mellow, but then are really hyper and whenever I come and see her she gives me kisses, etc. They are so cute! All cats do is walk around and piss. Oh and ****, etc. Eat food. But I still love cats. They're cute! But so are (some) dogs!

Dogs will lay down their lives for you. Dogs all the way. They're not called man's best friend for naught.
