    I assume you're referring to the silver gazebo at the west end of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Those four silver statues are of these actresses: Mae West, Dorothy Dandridge, Dolores Del Rio and Anna Mae Wong.

    It is a gazebo (with four silver ladies statuettes) in or near Hollywood Boulevard, also near the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
