IE 9 beta is now available. If history (Yahoo IE 8 fiasco) is any indicator, Yahoo probably won't make the Yahoo toolbar available until IE 9 release candidate 2 (RC 2). Please note that I can not speak for Yahoo. I am speculating.
Note: Adobe has also released a Beta Flash Player version which contains enhanced support for IE9:
