Can you get your wisdom teeth removed if you still have braces on?
my wisdom teeth are growing in now, and i want to get them pulled out while i still have braces. Will this make my orthodontic treatment longer since i will have a large space in the back of my mouth?
because i dont want to wait until i get my braces off because i dont want my teeth to shift.

This is one of those lose lose situations. If you take them out it will mess up your brackets and bars but if you keep them in they will still mess up your brackets and your bars. Honestly just talk to your orthodontist and he will provide you with the best advice.

I just had my wisdom teeth (all four) out about two weeks ago. The pain gets less and less every day although I still have a little discomfort. The doctor will likely prescribe some type of prescription pain killer (e.g. Percocet, Vicodin). These help but can make people sick because they are so strong (I got nauseous, dizzy and constipated and I have friends that puked from the drugs). The alternative is to take loads of Tylenol or Advil (whichever the doctor tells you to take). You'll also be limited in what you can eat for a while and you may swell up, but it will only be temporary.

Yes, why not? New teeth aren't attached to your braces.
Also, wrong area to be putting this.
