Which 3 WR's to start?
This is a standard NFL.com league, which is similar to Yahoo leagues, here's my starting lineup last week:
QB: Brady
RB: C. Johnson
RB: Foster
WR: Wayne
WR: Maclin
WR: Driver
TE: Clark
Now, needless to say, I dominated last week. The Johnson/Foster/Brady mix was solid!!
Here's my question, I have Dez Bryant on my bench and he was the most targeted WR for Dallas, and i think this week Chicago will not stop the Dallas passing game. I think Romo is good for 280/3 and Bryant got a lot of looks last week, so I'm thinking his upside is fantastic. Garrett is in a hurry to get Dez in the mix. I'm gonna play Wayne, no doubt there, but who do I start in the other two spots at WR?
I have:
Driver
Maclin
S. Smith (NYG)
D. Bryant
I start two, but which?
Driver is solid, always good for at least 50 and a possible score, Smith does not seem to be Eli's favorite target and the way Houston ran all over Indy I think the Giants might try the same. I most certainly will bench Maclin till I see how Vick handles the offense, although the Detroit matchup will favor all things Philly offense!
Right now I'm leaning towards upside and starting Dez, Smith, and Wayne.
I'm probably going to play Dez. I'm so solid across the board I really just want the upside at this point.

I too really like Driver, I grabbed him in both my money leagues. But I think I would go with either Maclin or Smith in this case. The Packers will be running a little more than usually this Sunday against the Bills. I like Dez as a play this week. I think I would start him as well if it wasn't for Welker and A Johnson starting. Funny, I have Dez, Driver, and Smith on my team too. I went real heavy on WR this year.
I would start Wayne, Dez, and Smith(Because Vick is unpredictable)

Steve Smith and Reggie Wayne are a lock, and for the 3rd I'd go with Jeremy Maclin..... If you watched the Eagles game last week Maclin seemed to be Vick's favorite target. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a 100 yard receiving game, plus they're facing the Lions.

I'd go Maclin because he and Vick seem to have chemistry... Dez sounds attractive but i'd give him another week before the cowboys offense starts to put it in gear.
