    take it back to the store that you bought at and find out if it has something to do with sem card.

    Don't look stupid because their going to ask you "why" do u think you phone is being tapped. so have an answer

    the only way someone can spy on your phone is through blue tooth keep the blue tooth turned off and the phone locked change the password see if the problem goes away I bet it will
