Vagina feels like needles are stabbing me?

For about three months now, every two weeks or so I get this pain around the entrace of my vagina and on my vagina lips. It's almost like a prickly feeling or that I am being stabbed with little needles. It usually only lasts a day or two at most, some times just a few hours. I went to the gyno and got tested and I didn't have any STDs or infections. Sometimes when I get the prickly needle feeling I get a little more discharge than normal. And my vagina looks a little red and irritated. What do you think this is?

Update:

i also have been getting these quick sharp pains on my inner thighs and upper bikini area as if i was poked with a needle.

no dumb answers please

could be an allergic reaction to something you wear or wash with...it also just happens when you get irritated..your nerves/blood vessels expand/contract..it usually goes away after a few mins...if it lingers more than a few mins you might wanna get a new Dr to check you out for abnormalities. (I'm not saying you have any, but sometimes it helps to be sure..)

Its probably just a baby porkupine that crawled in there. Just get some salad tongs and pull it out.

IDK, I know that some women are allergic to latex(what condoms are made of), and others are allergic to sperm. Would either of these play into the time frame of your issue?

It sounds like you are having sex with men with small wieners.

Source(s): I'm also a man with a small wiener. I know the symptoms.
