This girl I see every other weekend just started acting all slutty last time I saw her, what does this mean?

So, she's my dad's friends' daughter. My dads friend is divorced so he gets his daughter like every other weekend, same with my dad (he gets me every other weekend). Once every so often, his friend would come over to his house with his daughter. Every time she's there and I'm there, we go to my dad's bedroom and talk about random stuff. We've been doing this since 2nd grade. We used 2 be bf/gf in 2nd grade (my first and only so far) but we really didn't know what it was like so we broke up in like a month, but still friends. Now we're in the present. I just saw her last weekend and we talked in the room and stuff and then somehow we started talking about nerds in our classes getting erections during class (we're in different school's). Then she said she never had her first (tongue) kiss yet. I said bummer then she said Ive done other things. Then I said, Like wut, then she said do you know what oral sex is? And then I'm like' yeeeaaaa... Then she wanted to make sure I knew but I wouldnt tell her but she told me. So then i changed the subject saying how my life at school sucks. Then i told my story then she gave me the hug where she wrapped her arms around my lower neck and kinda drooped down. I didn't see her face cuz she was doing that from my left side. With me being me, after 4 seconds sitting there with her doing that, I kinda ran across the room and was all like, woah. Later, she was eating desert (LOTS of whipcream and strawberries) she was eating then whip cream all slutty-like like it was all slow and she licked the whip-cream off her lips like she was doing oral. I'm only in 7th grade and she's in 8th. Does she just not know how to tell me she likes me or wut? I was think next time I see her (cuz i dont have a phone) to tell her "Melena, do you like me as a friend, or as a boyfriend?" this will be EXTREMELY awkward if she says like "wtf r u talking about?"
