No it does not. The item you are looking at came specifically with an adapter that made it compatible with the PS3. It is not supplied by Sony. If you purchase the item you will need to contact the manufacturer about a replacement adapter.

That does not say it all. What do you mean by USB adapter? The thing that comes with the PS3 to charge the duel shock 3? Yes. Yes it does come with one of those.

The original in the box came with a charging USB cable for the controller. It would kinda suck if they didn't include a way to recharge the controller, wouldn't it?
